Payment
Payment is accepted via Paypal. You can pay either using your credit card or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.
If you are in UK and wish to pay by cheque, please allow 7 days after receipt for it to clear. I will also acept UK Postal Orders.
Unfortunately I cannot accept cheques or money orders from outside the UK.
Payment must be made immediately when purchasing. If payment is not received and no contact has been made within 48 hours I will need to cancel the sale.
Refunds and Exchanges --- returns ---
Items can be returned for any reason if they are posted back to me within 14 days of receipt of an item. It's important that you contact me prior to posting to confirm the return is acceptable and the postage details for returning the item.
However, this may not be the case for custom-made items which I cannot resell.
It is essential that items be returned to me in the same condition as they were received by you or the return cannot be accepted.
Please note that unless the return is due to a mistake on my end, postage costs for both the delivery and the return cannot be refunded.
Also note that if an item is damaged in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.
--- exchanges ---
I am also generally happy to exchange items for any reason, also within 14 days of receipt of an item. It's important that you contact me prior to returning the item to confirm that the exchange is acceptable and the postage details for the return.
Again, custom-made items may not be acceptable for an exchange if they cannot be resold and items must be returned to me in the same condition as they were received.
If you do wish to make an exchange you will need to pay both your own costs for returning the original item to me, along with costs of shipping the replacement back to you. However, this is not the case if the exchange is due to a fault or error on my part.
--- faulty items or other errors ---
In the rare case of faulty items or any errors on my part, I will replace the item/s or reimburse you for the purchase up to three months after the sale, by which time any faults should have become apparent.
If you wish to return or have an item replaced due to it being faulty, please contact me asap to describe the problem and arrange to resolve the issue. Note that proof of the fault may be required. |
